I worked on Project D5 since it’s inception as the design director, being responsible for shaping the design vision, strategy and consistency of the new IP.

  • Directed the design vision, pillars & quality for a New IP platformer title
  • Collaborated closely with the direction team to align creative, business & production goals
  • Defined the gameplay USP inline with player research, creative direction & business objectives
  • Shaped the cohesive worldbuilding & tone with Creative, Art, and Audio Direction
  • Built, led & mentored a team of ~20 multi-discipline designers
  • Primary point of contact with external partners
  • Additionally owned the player journey and meta, monetisation & UGC strategies
  • Owned the meta-game and progression vision and key stakeholder in the live-ops strategy
  • Led the accessibility strategy and design vision
  • Responsible for User Testing, project-level actioning of feedback and delivery of project KPIs
